Penny frowned at that. Hugo and Atlas left to check on the other passengers of the craft, while Atlas

"You mean you’re going to beat him up with a book?"

"Of course not! Husband, do you see me in such a bad light?"

"No, I think it’s sexy."

"I’ll not only lecture him, but I’ll knock out all of his teeth. He’ll beg for mercy without them."

"..." Zoren placed a hand on his wife and smiled.

Penny raised her brows, glancing between his hand and his face. "What?"

"Nothing." He shook his head and tapped her shoulder, turning to the man. "Are you finished?"

After saying that, Zoren walked away to check the man’s work. Penny furrowed her brows in confusion.

"What’s that all about?" she wondered to herself, shrugging as she followed him.

Standing in the aisle, they checked from left to right. All the cabin crew were already placed in the middle of each row, ready for tying up.

"Good work!" Penny applauded. "Now, join them and tie yourself with them, okay?"

Regret and helplessness swirled in the man’s eyes as he looked between Penny and Zoren. That woman surely had a screw loose in the head, while the man with her didn’t seem to notice! Despite that, he reluctantly joined the group.

"There you go!" Penny playfully tossed the rope into his lap. "Let’s wrap this up."

She then handed the other bundle of rope to Zoren, who took it. Moving to the other group, Zoren untied the rope and wrapped the other end around his long, slender hand. His eyes scanned the piled people, who were unconscious and leaning against each other.

As he did this, hearts swirled in Penny’s eyes. Cupping her face, a shallow yet affectionate sigh escaped her. His arm flexed as he pulled the rope, making the veins underneath his skin bulge a little.

"I never thought he’d look so sexy with a rope. I want to be tied up too," she muttered, only to feel someone’s gaze on her. Her smile instantly disappeared, shifting her attention to the man who had joined his colleague and was tying the rope around them.

"What are you looking at?" she hissed.

"No — nothing."

"Tch." Penny clicked her tongue and approached him. "Do it faster! Tie yourself with them like you mean it. Come on."

With her instructions and the pressure from her urgent tone, the man hastened his movements. Soon, he found himself watching Penny secure the rope.

"All done!" Penny grinned happily, smiling at the man. "Anyway, do you want to sleep?"

The man quickly shook his head, even though the question was innocent. "I’ll — I’ll stay awake. I can tell you why we’re here."

Her brows rose, but before she could respond, she heard Atlas’s voice from behind.

"I found them," he said, and from the other side, Hugo also appeared. "Slater and Benjamin were asleep. They’re fine. Checked their breathing and vitals. Almost got kicked by Benjamin while doing so."

"Nice!" Penny nodded in approval before facing the man again. "I guess I don’t need to hear your reasons anymore."

"But —" The man’s voice faded as darkness enveloped him. He was knocked unconscious before he knew it.
